Privacy
Updated October 8, 2026
This policy covers Cyril Foday-Kailie’s personal portfolio, presented by Axiom Risk Group LLC. It applies to this website rather than the accounts, trading activity, payments, or desktop files processed by the linked products.
Visits and contact
Hosting and delivery infrastructure can receive your IP address, browser details, request metadata, and operational logs. If you choose an email or social link, the relevant provider receives that interaction under its own terms. An email to us includes your address, message, and any attachments; we use it to respond and handle the matter you raise.
Local preferences and the character guide
Music on/off and volume preferences are stored in your browser as cyril-music and cyril-music-volume. Paper and daylight choices are stored as cyril:sketchbook:appearance:v1. You can change these preferences in the page controls or remove them by clearing site data.
Cyril’s playful aging story remembers which of the four featured project pages you have visited in this browser tab, using sessionStorage under cyril:recruiter-story:v1. This local state changes the illustration and jokes as you browse. The story does not identify a recruiter, measure reading time, or upload its local progress state to a server. Rewind Cyril clears the story; closing the tab or clearing site data removes its session state. If browser storage is unavailable, the story works in memory for the current page session.
Weather, creature, cottage-light, and breeze interactions are temporary interface states. The character’s topic answers are curated and displayed locally. Selecting a topic does not send a conversation to a cloud language model. The animated scene, draggable character, and music controls are interface features, not a background AI agent accessing your files.
Provenance report and fonts
The Dev Autographs report can load public signature and build information from this site and contact its Railway-hosted registry to verify public signer records. These requests disclose network metadata and public verification data to that provider. The overlay can request Google Fonts, which also receives network metadata. Published provenance records can be copied by others; removing local browser data does not erase public records.
Purpose, retention, and security
We use information to serve the website, respond to correspondence, investigate errors or abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, this includes responding to requested contact, legitimate interests in operating a secure website, and applicable legal duties. This portfolio does not include advertising or personal-data sale integrations.
Browser preferences remain until changed or cleared. Hosting logs and correspondence remain as needed for their operational or legal purpose; provider retention varies. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries. No website or email system guarantees perfect security; avoid sending passwords, private keys, medical records, or confidential material through unsolicited messages.
Your choices
You can mute music, clear preferences, and choose whether to open external services. Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal information, or object to processing. Send company privacy requests to info@axiomriskgroup.com; verification and lawful retention exceptions may apply. You can also complain to the relevant privacy authority. The site is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be identified by the updated date.
