This notice explains attribution and reuse of work shown in Cyril Foday-Kailie’s personal portfolio. Axiom Risk Group is the company behind The Book of Blocks, Dev Autographs, I.M.P.E.R.I.U.M, and World Trade Factory. This notice does not itself assign ownership of any project.
Respect original work
Axiom and the relevant authors or licensors reserve rights they hold in original text, artwork, branding, and proprietary materials. Do not copy protected work without permission or a lawful basis, remove required notices, falsely claim authorship, or present a clone as an official Axiom product. Brand use must not mislead people about affiliation or endorsement.
Open source remains open source
Each project’s actual source license controls the code it covers. For example, Dev Autographs has Apache 2.0 licensed source and World Trade Factory has MIT licensed source. These notices do not narrow those existing grants. Third-party libraries, original template assets, data feeds, and other licensed material remain subject to their own terms. Legal quotation, fair use, and other mandatory rights are preserved. Do not assume every asset shown in a portfolio screenshot is licensed for reuse.
Attribution is evidence, not ownership
A cryptographic signature can link a signer to a file digest. It does not establish original authorship, ownership of copyright, registration, or rights in third-party dependencies. Copyright protects eligible expression; it does not give ownership of general ideas, algorithms, or functionality. Project authorship, license compliance, and company IP assignments need their own records.
Permission and suspected infringement
For permission or suspected misuse, email info@axiomriskgroup.com with the original work, the relevant URL or file, the suspected copy’s location, the rights involved, supporting evidence, and your contact information. State whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative. We will review the facts and use appropriate platform or legal channels where warranted. This mailbox is a contact route, not a claim of registered DMCA-agent status.
